Cancellation Policy

Here at Styled we want to make sure everyone has the best experience for the best price. To ensure this is possible, we must ask for 24 hours’ notice for all cancellations. If less than 24 hours is given 50% of service(s) booked will be charged. If payment option is not provided or on file, balance due will be carried over to next visit. All no show visits will be charged 100% of services booked.

Please note, acceptable ways to cancel your appointment are by phone at 905-639-3030 or email info@styledlounge.ca . Social media avenues will not be considered acceptable forms of communication.

Group Booking Policy

For groups of 3 or more credit card is required at time of booking. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice will be charged 50% of service(s) booked. All no shows will be charged full price of service(s) booked.

Package & Top 6 Series

Services purchased within a package must be redeemed on same day/visit by one guest. Series package is non- refundable, nontransferable & expires 1 year from purchase date.

Gift Cards Policy

No refunds or cash value on Gift cards. Not valid in conjunction with any offers/discounts.

Extension Policy

Here at Styled. We will gladly add your clip ins to any style but we will not be responsible for any damage caused during or after your appointment.

Late Policy

To keep everyone on time for their busy lives, clients more than 10 minutes late for their appointment may be subject to a canceled or bumped appointment time. We will do our best to keep everyone on schedule!
